If you have just found out by using a home pregnancy kit then many things are likely running through your mind! What do I do? Who do I tell and how am i going to take care of this baby?Pregnancy is an exciting journey and a fantastic way to kick off the year! If morning sickness has currently got you down don't worry it will be gone in no time! If you are not so sure what to do and when, have a look at our 4 Top Tips to help you get started on this beautiful journey!


1) Go and see your doctor.

Book an appointment with your GP or gynaecologist if you already have one! They will do all of the essential tests and equip you with all the information you need for the journey.


2) Stop and take it all in.

Being pregnant can be completely overwhelming. Remember to breathe and take things one step at a time! Your bump will be showing in just a few months so enjoy the private moments with your growing baby while you can!


3) Take good care of yourself

Carrying a little person is a lot of work and it demands that you take care of yourself. Eat well, Get enough rest and make the most of all of the love and attention coming your way! Remember to take your prenatal vitamins and load up on the water!


4) Don't stress, enjoy the journey

Keep calm and don't sweat the small stuff. Remember that whatever you feel baby feels too so be sure to keep your mental health in check. Ask for help when you need it and focus on safeguarding your peace! Pregnancy only lasts for 9months so try to make memories that you can one day look back on- take plenty of photos or keep a journal!
