A woman's guide to success

Updated: Jun 22, 2020

A woman is at her best when she is simply herself.

The more she realises that society can not determine who or how she is, the stronger she becomes. There is no formula, there are no rules to becoming who you are meant to be.

She is fun, fearless, intelligent, beautiful, feisty, vulnerable, kind, gentle, powerful, humble and loving. She is also quiet, calm, selfish, angry, sad and withdrawn at times. She is not hostage to one character trait. She is human.

Above all she is gracious in her interactions and graceful in her approach. She is living, making mistakes, learning, evolving and becoming...Let her Shine in who she is. That is where success lies.

She is a daughter, a mum, a sister, a widow, a wife or an aunt. True. But over and above that she is her own person, she is her and she is magnificent as she is. Let her shine. Let her shine without comparing her to others, holding her to your standards or dragging her through a race to successfully complete all of society's requirements placed upon her by our social constructs. Let her shine.

In her strength let her shine and in her weakness let her shine.

If she is loud, let her be loud. If she is quiet, let her be quiet.

She does not have to be man-like to be a good leader, qualify for a role or be taken seriously. She is enough.

She doesn't have to constantly be playing defence, fighting back or acting vicious to prove that she is enough. She is not perfect but she is enough. She is enough.

She is at her best when she is simply herself.

Let Her Shine.

To remind women out there that they are enough. We are enough. Life is not a perfect or easy journey but let's lift each other up and let each other shine.

Until you address Social Determinants of Health, you will NEVER achieve your goal. Address the ROOT cause. To know the ROOT cause, you should conduct a root-cause analysis.

Picking low-hanging fruit will not solve the problem in its entirety.

Contact me. I can help you draft the investigation proposal. This problem is huge!!!!!
