Season's Greetings!
2022 is well underway and our team is as excited as ever to share useful content with you to ensure 2022 is your best year yet! A big part of that is making sure that we prioritise mental health and take active steps towards purposefully planning for the year ahead. Our mental health theme for 2022 is Kindness Counts!
As you plan for this new year, take some time to reflect and ask yourself these 5 questions:
1) What is the biggest lesson I learnt in 2021 and how can I use this to positively impact my 2022?
2) What am I most excited about improving in my life in 2022 and how do I plan to do this?
3) How can I practice kindness in 2022? (That is kindness to yourself as well as to those around you).
4) What new habits would I like to adopt in 2022 and what daily actions must I take in order to achieve this?
5) How can I better take care of my mental and emotional health this year?
This purposeful application of self-awareness and reflection is a wonderful way to take control of your mental health this year! As you practice this more and more, this becomes habit and contributes positively towards your mental health.
